New employee orientation
Every new employee has a 6-month learning period, there are many training courses including core value and vision in TTRI, information system and environment introduction, textile, design of experiment (DOE), Intellectual property, etc. Therefore, we also assign a mentor for each new employee to take care of their life and solve their problems.
Overseas conference and training
TTRI invests over 100 employees through visiting benchmark, attending international conferences, elites or professional training program every year.
Domestic/Overseas master or Ph,D. education program
In TTRI, we encourage employees to take further education program, we focus on several subjects, including advanced material, energy and sensitive technical, strategic planning, Intellectual property, marketing, art and design, etc.
General /Professional or Skills /Management training
TTRI arranges various internal courses for employees, including general training (communication, presentation, negotiation, etc.), professional or skills training (specific working skill, textiles, industrial analysis, etc), as well as talent program and management training (project management, goal setting and performance management, strategic planning, etc.).
Occupational safety and health
TTRI puts a lot of efforts to provide a friendly and safety environment, we also expect to have a completely healthcare system.
Self development of employees
In TTRI, we put many emphasize on career development of each employee, besides the internal training courses. We offer some opportunities in several ways as attending speech and conference, sharing experiences within workshop and Knowledge Management (KM) group, assigning task force and enhancing language and computer skill ability.
