TTRI assists the talent cultivation for textile industry upgrade and transformation, and sustainable development, where TTRI establishes professional educational equipment and teaching venues for continuous planning and implementing relevant training courses to satisfy the talent cultivation needs from different aspects in the upstream, midstream, and downstream of the textile industry. The training areas that we cover include: fiber, yarns, woven fabrics, dyeing, finishing, garments, testing, and certifications, etc.

TTRI implements personnel training in the textile industry, in order to meet the industry's needs for new trends, service-oriented, cross-field and other professional talents, courses are provided: fiber and yarn R&D, fabric design and weaving, dyeing and finishing applications, garment manufacturing process and automation system, testing and certification standards, business operation and management, digital transformation and development, etc. The themes are combined with industry trends and applications, and diversified, integrated cross-domain development.

The talent cultivation plan is related to the long-term development of the industry and the improvement of international competitiveness. The training course planning and implementation methods are classified as follows, according to our goals:

1. Long-term specialized class: we aim to fill the gap in the industry talent chain, and assist the unemployed and transferees after the training to connect to the job market; and provide systematic professional skills training courses to assist new employees in enterprises to effectively create in-depth career path planning.

2. Short-term courses: in alignment with the industry development trends and enterprises’ needs, TTRI plans and implements advanced-themed courses such as cross-field, innovative R&D, and in-depth technology to train on-the-job professionals, continuing to improve career development and facilitate deep learning.

3. Enterprise internal training: According to the needs of a single company or the common needs of multiple companies, TTRI provides tailor-made contents and facilitate project courses, which effectively transfers knowledge and focuses on learning indicators, to cultivate the corporate talents and promote sustainable business development.
