Introduction
The forming technology of spherical activated carbon particles includes
(1) raw material compounding and modification,
(2) grinding and refining,
(3) powder dispersion,
(4) solvent separation,
(5) spherical particle molding,
(6) spherical particle stabilization,
(7) spherical particle carbonization, and
(8) spherical particle activation
Specification
Spherical particles have the advantages of high filling, high fluidity, high strength, good wear resistance and uniform particle size. Compared with the traditional irregular shape of activated carbon, spherical particles have better applications and functions.
