Introduction
A complete set of specialized fabric image analysis system, which operates jointly with the microscopic camera and measuring steps. Through image processing and analysis, it not only assists the observation of looming fabric structure and automatic density measurement warp and weft, but also provides defect analysis, defect marking, measurement of average diameter of yarn and orifice diameter, fiber number of yarn, which could improve the efficiency of fabric development and design.
