Introduction
The textile woven fabric production design system establishes detailed fabric weaving specifications, according to yarn composition, yarn arrangement, warp and weft density, width, length, price, weaver, loss and other conditions. The system automatically calculates data such as yarn quantity, gram per yarn, composition ratio and cost. Furthermore, the system automatically, quickly and correctly produces various related sheets such as fabric analysis table, weaving machine card, warping voucher, dyeing notice, organization chart, cost analysis table, etc. They provide users with easy and fast design features by significantly reducing manual work and working hours, and linking design engineering data to automated proofer systems and weaving ERP systems.
