Introduction
The fabric management system provides comprehensive order management, including authority management and control, coding linkage, KPI analysis, cost analysis, profit analysis, inventory monthly settlement, and process tracking, progress warning, sales statistics, performance statistics, and smart management center. The four major modules of the system are as follows: order management, subcontract management, inventory management, and sales management.
Specification
A. Order management module (order, progress, and quotation management)
-Quick estimation of costs, which enables immediate quotation and order confirmation.
-Confirmed orders enable quick arrangement of cost estimation and the manufacturing processes.
-Access to processing information facilitates the quick estimation of cost and manufacturing speed.
B. Outsourcing module (management of procurement, dye/sample/product, and processing)
-Flexibility in the issuance of processing, procurement, and production documents, which enables a production run to cover numerous orders, depending on product specifications.
-Establishment of comprehensive outsourcing procedures that enable customization of production orders according to requirements.
-Real-time provision of production data and comparison of expected losses with actual losses.
-Provision of processing-related data to provide production information in real time.
C. Inventory management module (inventory for outsourced goods, inventory for procured goods, and inventory management)
-Management of various inventories, including those for outsourced and procured goods.
-Automatic inventorying based on the quantities consumed, as defined for an order.
-Automatic calculation of the inventory costs of raw materials and completed products.
-Establishment of inventory adjustment procedures.
D. Sales management module (shipping documents, export bill negotiation documents, and accounts receivable/payable)
-Provision of combined bill of lading and automatic division of accounts payable.
-Provision of various export documents, including P/L, P/L, INVOICE, and S/A.
-Provision of various sales analysis documents and close collaboration with the customer complaint system for the automatic activation of product-return or discount operations.
