Smat Control and System for Drying Setting Control Module
Introduction
The smart control system of stenter has three main functions: humidity control of drying room, setting control, and residual humidity control of the fabric. The use of each function is flexible to the actual demand. Through the installation of temperature and humidity sensor, with the control mechanism of fabric speed and exhaust fan, both energy saving and stable drying process quality can be maintained.

●Controlling the dry-setting speed according to the temperature & the contained moisture of fabric surfaces.
●Controlling the dry-setting speed according to the contained moisture on textile surfaces.
●Controlling the air exhaust at the front and back of the drying room in accordance with the humidity.
●Calculation of energy consumption and tracking of operation records.
