Introduction
●PEI has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, dimension stability and fire / flame retardancy. It is an intrinsic high-performance fiber and can reach UL94 V-0 without adding any fire retardants.
●PEI fiber/fabric can develop homo-composite with its excellent properties, such as high-frequency PCB substrates and high-safety and protection textiles, and composite materials.
Specification
●High frequency PCB
For high-frequency printed circuit board (PCB) or flexible printed circuit (FPC) substrates , it is crucial to solve the dielectric problem in high-frequency/high-speed region. PEI fiber membrane has excellent dielectric specification, Df=0.0021~0.0025 (10GHz).
●Composite materials
PEI thermoplastic composite material has excellent FST (flame retardant, low smoke density, low smoke toxicity) properties, and also has the advantages of easy recycling, diversified processing and molding, reduced process energy consumption, and rapid production.
