1.Evaluation Service for Functional Specification of Textiles
With the rapid development of functional textiles, these specifications are increasingly enhanced and widely used in general textiles, such as functional clothing, sportswear, outdoor wear, smart textiles and protective clothing. TTRI provides evaluation items as following:

2.Testing and Evaluation of Hygiene Functional Textiles
●The testing and evaluation technology of anti-bacterial (qualitative method, quantitative method), anti-mildew (qualitative method) meets CNS, JIS, ASTM, AATCC, and ISO.
●The testing and evaluation technology of anti-mite conforms to the JIS L 1920 standard to evaluate the anti-bacterial, anti-mildew, and anti-mite specification of hygiene sanitary functional textiles.
3. Physiological Comfort Evaluation
(1)Sweating TORSO
Sweating TORSO was developed by the Swiss industrial research organization, EMPA. It can be set as a mode of consistent temperature or consistent heating power to control heating or sweating and simulating the protocol of the sit-exercise-rest of a human being. The evaluation includes temperature change, cooling efficiency, post-exercise chill, water condensation or evaporation ability of the clothing system, and also can predict thermal or damp feeling, sweating amount, etc. The test method is in accordance with ISO 18640-1 and ISO 18640-2.
(2)Dynamic Sweating Thermal Manikin
The dynamic sweating thermal manikin is used to evaluate the effective thermal insulation, total effective thermal insulation, thermal resistance, water vapor resistance, and water vapor permeability index of clothing ensembles, e.g., cold protective clothing, ski wear, cycling wear, expedition wear, and general outdoor sportswear, etc. The test method is in accordance with ISO 15831, EN 342, ASTM F1291, ASTM F2370, etc.
(3)Real-life of Textiles
The sports experience laboratory of TTRI can provide real-life evaluation and testing of various sports textiles. The evaluation items are as follows:

●Temperature and humidity analysis for skin and microclimate
