AIR FLOW GENERATING DEVICE, GRAPHENE DISPERSION, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A graphene powder floc and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The method includes performing the continuous high-speed rolling process to a graphite material so as to form a graphite precursor with the dislocation and slip structure. Afterwards, the intercalation reaction is performed in the graphite precursor by the horizontal compressed gas flow, so as to form a graphene/gas intercalation compound. Next, the exfoliation reaction is performed in the graphene/gas intercalation compound by the release of intercalated gas pressure, so as to form graphene aggregates. After that, the graphene aggregates suspend and drift in the gas flow and collide with each other, so as to form the graphene powder floc.
