技術簡介
以多層織物組織結構，在表層利用金屬紗織造，利用其特性反射熱能，且在無陽光之狀況下，金屬易冷卻之特性又能達成快速降溫之功效，保持室內溫度涼爽。中間層則利用PET單絲織造隔離層，將表層金屬紗吸收之熱能隔絕在外，不會進一步傳導至室內造成室內溫度上升。在裡層則使用熱遮紗織造，吸收剩餘傳導至室內的熱能。



Abstract
Multi-layer fabrics with metal yarn weaved on the surface can keep the indoor temperature cool, which the principle is using the reflecting and easy-cooling features of metal. The isolated middle layer performs with PET mono yarn, which isolates the heat absorbed by exterior metal yarn, can prevent heat from conducting indoor and raising the temperature. The inner layer with heat-insulated fiber can also absorb the remaining heat indoor.

•    紗線包繞金屬長絲撚線，紗線強力³350 gf(ASTM D2256)．金屬短纖混紡紗紗線強力³250 gf(ASTM D2256)．織物密度：(70～100)×(80〜150)根/吋 (CNS 12915)．布重≧200 g/m2 (CNS 12915)．織物近紅外線反射率≧60% (美國Perkin Elmer分光光度計；780～2500nm)．紫外線遮蔽等級UPF≧50 (AS/NZS 4399)．放射率≧0.5 (FTTS-FA-010)
