技術簡介
本技術為水濾材細菌過濾檢測評估技術建立之成果。建立符合ASTM F838標準之評估系統及檢測技術，本測試方法使用 Brevundimonas diminuta 作為過濾生物的液體過濾膜過濾器的細菌截留特性。該測試方法可用於評估用於液體滅菌的任何膜過濾系統。



Abstract
This technology is the outcome of the establishment of bacterial retention for water filter. The technology conforms to the ASTM F838 standard. This test method uses Brevundimonas diminuta as the bacterial retention characteristics of the liquid filtration membrane filter. This testing can be used to evaluate any membrane filtration system for liquid.

．規劃及設計水濾材細菌過濾檢測評估技術檢測評估系統，符合 ASTM F838:2015．製備缺陷短波單胞菌(brevundimonas diminuta ,ATCC 19146)懸浮液濃度達(10⁷~10⁸ )cells/mL，活菌數>總細胞數25%。．濾材細菌過濾檢測系統，對照組菌落數為0
