技術簡介
將聚醯亞胺高分子進行改質,透過交聯反應使低固含量的聚醯亞胺高分子(20wt%)擁有高黏度(超過10000cp),便能在溶劑置換後仍維持薄膜強度,且因低固含量,高分子仍有足夠空間使溶劑置換形成多孔洞結構,使之成為一輕量、保溫、耐溫之聚醯亞胺薄膜
Abstract
We successfully modify polyimide by crosslinking and this method make the viscosity of polyimide in a high range (over 10,000 cp) even in only 20 wt%, meanwhile maintaining the membrane strength after replace between solvent and nonsolvent., and Due to the low solid content, the polymer still has enough space to replace the solvent to form a porous cavity structure, making it be a lightweight, heat-insulating, temperature-resistant polyimide membrane.
